1. Introduction
By accessing or using the website directoryfame.com (the “Platform”) operated by DirectoryFame, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms become effective on the date of your first use of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the Terms (and any updates thereof).
3. Platform License
DirectoryFame provides a platform for discovering, submitting, and exploring listings of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, digital services, APIs, and related online offerings. While access to the Platform may be free, DirectoryFame reserves the right to:
- modify or restrict access to the Platform at its discretion;
- remove or disable any user-submitted or third-party content without prior notice;
- terminate user accounts or access if you violate these Terms or our policies.
You acknowledge that the listings on the Platform represent third-party offerings and DirectoryFame acts purely as a discovery and submission gateway. DirectoryFame does not endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for the functionality, quality or suitability of any listed product or service.
4. User-Submitted Content
When you submit any content to the Platform (including but not limited to product listings, descriptions, URLs, reviews, screenshots):
- you confirm that you own or have sufficient rights to submit such content;
- you grant DirectoryFame a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, display, aggregate, modify, distribute and promote your submitted content on the Platform and associated channels;
- you understand your submission may be publicly visible and may be moderated or removed at our discretion.
DirectoryFame reserves the right to refuse, remove or modify any submission that violates these Terms, is misleading, harmful, defamatory, infringing or otherwise objectionable.
5. Payment and Refunds
If DirectoryFame introduces any premium listing, promotional or membership services (“Premium Services”) in the future, such services will be described in separate terms and payment terms. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, no refunds will be offered for Premium Services once purchased.
6. Disclaimer
DirectoryFame does not guarantee that:
- the Platform will meet your specific requirements;
- the Platform will operate uninterrupted, error-free, or secure;
- any listed product or service will perform as described, be error-free, or be continuously available.
All warranties and conditions not expressly stated in these Terms (including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement) are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Warranties and Limitation of Liability
DirectoryFame provides no warranties regarding the fitness, performance, reliability or suitability of any listed product or service. In no event shall DirectoryFame (its officers, directors, affiliates or agents) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages (such as loss of profits, data or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or any listed product/service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If applicable law limits this exclusion, DirectoryFame’s total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of fees (if any) you paid for Premium Services in the preceding twelve (12) months.
8. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- ensuring any content you submit is accurate, lawful and non-infringing;
- any reliance you place on the Platform or on a listed product/service is at your own risk;
- complying with all applicable laws in connection with your use of the Platform or your submission of content.
DirectoryFame is not responsible for any third-party content (including listed products/services), any errors or omissions, or any security risks or damages caused by third-party offerings.
9. Service Modifications and Termination
DirectoryFame reserves the right to introduce new features, modify or discontinue parts of the Platform at any time without liability. DirectoryFame may also suspend or terminate your access to the Platform (or remove your submissions) at its discretion and without prior notice.
10. General Terms and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
- Use of the Platform does not create any employment, agency, partnership or joint-venture relationship between you and DirectoryFame.
- You may not represent yourself as being affiliated with DirectoryFame, nor use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
- If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be struck out without affecting the remainder of the Terms.
- These Terms, together with any other documents expressly referred to herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and DirectoryFame regarding your use of the Platform.
